When does the course start and finish?
The course starts as soon as you sign up. You can take the course at your own pace, so when it finishes is completely up to you.
How long do I have access to the course?

When will I receive my certificate?
Once you complete all the lectures and quizzes, you will be able to download a certificate of completion, which will include the state approved course number and the number of contact hours awarded.
Can I jump ahead to other sections of the course once enrolled?
Unfortunately you cannot jump ahead. We went to great lengths to get this course approved by the state Board of Certification. This means that you have to watch each lecture in order so that we can issue a valid certificate to you at the end of the course. However, once you complete a lecture, you can always go back and review its contents any time you want.
Can I take this course on two or more different devices (computers or otherwise)?
Absolutely, you can use any device you want. Just log in using your user name and password everything will update automatically, even if you change locations or devices. We do strongly recommend using a desktop or laptop to get the most out of the course.
